Since its iPhone 7 event in September and with delay, Apple has finally released its debut wireless earphones to the public for sale. The AirPods are Apple’s rendition of wireless connectivity alongside its BEATS line of products, though branded solely via Apple. In lieu of the headphone jack removal from iPhone models preceding iPhone 7, Apple’s latest innovation comes at an appropriate time for its mobile users.
Marked at $159 and boasting Apple’s W1 chip internally, the AirPods have been received by consumers with fixed feelings although its use can come in handy for a massive amount of people – stemming from its charging-case feature to its minimal yet eccentric design. Nevertheless, the fact that the unit is sold out and backordered for weeks proves the demand and utilization of the AirPods is present and will continue to find its place as the market adopts Apple’s wireless concept.
