Beatport and ADE are offering a global, front stage pass to the festival and conference experience in Amsterdam in 2015. While over 450 events attract over 2,000 artists over a 5-day span, that is only one avenue of Amsterdam Dance Event, as the world-renowned conference program takes shape and lights up the city.
For the masses who won’t be in Amsterdam this year, Beatport Live’s streaming platform will deliver live video coverage of ADE’s keynotes and panels, as well as a host of live performances and events at the largest arenas throughout the week. This means that anyone, anywhere can enjoy and take advantage of ADE’s offerings virtually from the web. Notably, Amsterdam Music Festival will be streamed on Friday and Saturday, October 16 and 17 from the Amsterdam ArenA with performances by David Guetta, Tiesto, and Hardwell. Beatport will also host exclusive DJ sets from its hub while other club events will also be streamed and are to be announced at live.beatport.com.
Furthermore, for those attending ADE, Beatport will host a Beatport Pro Desktop Master Class, presenting DJs on how to utilize Beatport Pro in the dance community, take advantage of community tagging on its platform as well as an exploration into its metadata in one special event. Beatport also plans to host a special boat cruise through the canals of Amsterdam, leading to a VIP event for labels as well. All in all, Beatport’s plans for ADE seem to be more special than ever this year – stay connected for more ADE 2015 news & updates here on Access.
