Dive In: EDMbiz 2015 kicks off EDC Week in Las Vegas

Insomniac’s 4th Annual EDMbiz Conference & Expo invades the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas June 16-18, continuing to pave the way for innovation and discussion in the electronic music industry. Facilitating conversation among industry leaders, the EDMbiz Conference also marks the start of EDC Week as the countdown to Electric Daisy Carnival–held June 19-21 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway–begins. The conference hosts prominent executives that range from agents to promoters, publishers to producers, managers and brand executives. Along with attending the conference and expo, an EDMbiz pass grant attendees three nights of exclusive Insomniac nightclub events and epic DJ pool parties.

Bringing together some of the most innovative and successful minds of the industry, the conference is designed to facilitate relevant conversations focused on the most pertinent topics specific to the scene–including technology platforms, festivals, sustaining community, and more. In addition to providing answers and solutions to some of the toughest questions and challenges that daunt the music industry today, EDMbiz also offers aspiring music producers and entrepreneurs the opportunity to launch their careers in dance music. Through the 2015 EDMbiz Startup Contest, the top five entrants chosen from online submissions by Insomniac Events and partner Digital Music News will have the opportunity to present their business propositions to investors and industry leaders. Similarly, producers can vie for a chance to have his or her original track released by Insomniac Records through the Best Record/A&R Contest. After being voted on by Wavo.me, semifinalists will be invited to present their tracks live at EDMbiz to a panel of leading senior A&R executives.

As the premier EDM industry event, the EDMbiz Conference & Expo provides dance music enthusiasts and key industry players an unparalleled opportunity to inspire and shape the ever-progressing industry. Below is a comprehensive list of this year’s conference panelists.
